cancelling
one click in settings, at any time. there is no cancellation form, no email to send and no one to speak to. your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. no renewal is taken after that.
refunds
annual plans: within 14 days of the charge, ask and we refund it in full. after that, we refund the unused whole months if you ask. monthly plans: we refund the current month if you have not used the service since it renewed.
failed payments
if a card fails, stripe retries it over a few days and emails you. nothing on your rack is touched during that time. if the retries run out the plan lapses to free — again, nothing is deleted, entries past the free cap just become read-only.
